NEGSIS is a Danish defence-tech company developing AI-driven, instructor-free competence development for military and civilian simulators. Founded by Anders Dyhrberg and Ane Storm.
Our flagship product, NEGSIS PACE, uses AI to give crews and operators continuous, individualised training directly inside the simulator - without requiring an instructor present at every session. PACE has been validated on a Gen-5 fighter jet simulator and a heavy vehicle simulator, turning an organisation's own simulator data into targeted, scalable competence development.
We are also behind RavenNET, a citizen-based drone detection system currently piloted with the Danish Home Guard on Bornholm, and ALICE, AI simulator training for air traffic controllers developed together with Gate Aviation.
