Charging stations for electric vehicles

There are charging stations for electric vehicles located at two of our parking areas. At P3, chargers are available for 42 cars, at P5 there are chargers for 28 cars, and at P1 there are chargers for 20 cars – please bring your own cable.

Take the train directly to DALO Industry Days

From Herning Station, you can travel with GoCollective trains directly to and from MCH Messecenter Herning’s own station, located only a few minutes’ walk from Entrance West.

Bribery
Bribery is not accepted at DALO Industry Days, which includes payment thorugh cash, goods, services or related to public officials or DALO employees in order to to receive a benefit, to prevent others from sharing in a benefit or to impose a cost on someone else.

Confidentiality and Security:
Exercise discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during discussions and presentations. Comply with security protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Code of conduct (Danish Defence/Government only)
It is completely legitimate for DALO Organisation employees and other governmental participants to engage with the exhibitors and initiate a dialogue with companies participating in the DALO Industry Days.

Cooperation and dialogue between the defence and corporate industry contributes to increasing DALO market knowledge, including insights on ideas and technological opportunities that the industry may have.

However, the dialogue with industry is subject to certain restrictions. The nature and scope of the dialogue that may take place depend on whether said companies have an interest in an ongoing or pending tender. Should a company participating in the Industry Days receive information about current or future tenders that provide a competitive advantage and which subsequently cannot be neutralised, the company will be disqualified from bidding on the tender.

Code of conduct (other nations) 
Other participating nations are advised to follow national guidelines for interaction and dialogue with the exhibitors and other representatives from the industry.

Classification
The event will be unclassified. There will be no requirement for you or your employees to have a security clearance.

Photos
It is allowed to take pictures during the DALO Industry Days. In addition to DALO’s own external coverage of the event for external use, there will also be press present on the day. Companies are responsible for photo coverage of their own stands. Please use #daloindustrydays when posting on social media.

Liability and compensation 
We must emphasize that DALO does not assume any liability and/or compensation for theft or damage of any kind to companies' equipment or property, regardless of how the damage has occurred, neither before nor after the event.

Weapon storage
Weapons and parts of weapons have to be securely locked away overnight. It is the exhibiting company’s responsibility to make sure that weapons, etc. are securely locked away. Be aware that DALO only has limited weapon storage capacity available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Permits
Exhibitors are solely responsible for having the necessary permits to store, transport, and display equipment, objects, and/or weapon parts that require special permits and are covered by special legislation.

DALO recommends that exhibitors, in due time, if they are in any doubt as to whether they have the necessary permits, contact the Danish Police authority responsible for weapon exhibition permits in Denmark.

At DALO Industry Days, you will find both indoor and outdoor exhibition areas. With more than 800 exhibitors spread across four exhibition halls and extensive outdoor display areas, planning your visit in advance can be beneficial.
