Traditional ATC training typically requires experienced pilots or instructors to act as "pseudo-pilots," manually controlling traffic during simulator exercises. ALICE takes over this role using AI, allowing controllers to train flexibly and independently - freeing up those resources - and supporting a more scalable path from initial training to operational competence.
