You can expect the invoice within 14 days. The amount will be invoiced in DKK.

Practical Information and Terms
To ensure you get the best possible start at the fair, please read the following terms:
- The reservation is binding, and a maximum of one stand can be booked per VAT number.
- Your registration is only confirmed once the full invoice amount has been paid. The invoice will be sent within 14 days of your reservation.
- If you wish to have additional companies represented at your stand, they can be registered here here afterwards. A registration fee of EUR 538 per co‑exhibitor will be charged.
- Booking of live demonstrations at the fair is handled via the Exhibitor Manual.
What Does the Registration Fee Cover?
In addition to the standard stand rental, a registration fee of EUR 538 applies. This fee includes a special marketing package designed to help you get the most out of your participation at the fair.
- Login to MCH365, where you will find your online exhibitor profile.
- Here you can publish news, articles, products, videos, and contact persons, enabling visitors to book meetings with you.
- Marketing materials you can use to promote your participation at the fair.
- MCH Lead Scan with the option to collect leads.
- Your company name featured in the fair’s guide, hall overview, and exhibitor list.
What Is the Exhibitor Handbook?
The Exhibitor Handbook is your most important tool as an exhibitor. Here you will find answers to practical questions such as deadlines, freight, build-up times, and much more. It is also where you can log in to the Exhibition Shop to place technical orders for your stand, catering, and additional services.The Exhibitor Handbook opens in early May, and you will receive an email with your login details at that time.
