Terms and Conditions for DALO Industry Days

By submitting the form, the exhibitor confirms acceptance of the following terms:

1. Registration is binding for the Exhibitor and takes effect upon submission of the stand application form.

2. Registration is only finally guaranteed once the Exhibitor has paid the stand rental and the registration fee. This is done via an invoice sent by the Organiser within 14 days of the Exhibitor’s submission of the stand application form. The invoice will be sent to the email address entered by the Exhibitor in the application form.

3. All stated prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are 14 days net from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged at 2.0% for each commenced month.

4. The Organiser reserves the right, on an objective and factual basis, to approve or reject an exhibitor’s participation in the exhibition. If an exhibitor cannot be approved for participation, a written explanation will be sent to the Exhibitor no later than 1 month after submission of the application form.

5. The Organiser will allocate a stand location to the Exhibitor and is entitled, at a later stage, to allocate a different stand location and/or to change or reduce the stand if required due to technical or other circumstances. In the event of changes, the stand rental will be adjusted to the actual area.

6. The Exhibitor may only display factory‑new products. By special agreement with the Organiser, test or demo products may be displayed, provided they appear as factory‑new. It is the Exhibitor’s own responsibility to obtain the necessary permits for the transport, storage, and display of items at the Exhibitor’s own stand.

7. Lending or subletting of the allocated stand is not permitted. Companies that are to be represented on the stand must be registered as co‑exhibitors and will only in that case be included in the exhibitor list.

8. The Exhibitor must, in all circumstances during the exhibition, comply with the Organiser’s reasonable instructions.

9. Furniture, cleaning, and other technical orders are not included in the stand rental and must be ordered via the Exhibition Shop, for which all exhibitors at the exhibition will receive login details.

10. When ordering stand walls of 3 metres in length or more, it will be necessary to use perpendicular support walls to ensure stability. As a general rule, stand walls may be built up to a height of 3 metres. If the Exhibitor wishes to build higher, this must be approved by the adjacent exhibitors. All constructions must be approved via teknisk@mch.dk

11. Construction of two‑storey stands must be reported to and approved by the Organiser at teknisk@mch.dk

12. The Organiser is entitled, for marketing purposes and without providing compensation to the Exhibitor, to use the Exhibitor’s name in advertisements and similar material.

13. The Exhibitor bears full responsibility for the exhibited items with regard to fire, theft, water damage, and any other form of damage, both during transport and throughout the exhibition. The Exhibitor is also liable for any damage caused to persons or property by the Exhibitor or their assistants. It is recommended to safeguard materials by taking out insurance covering theft, fire damage, and transport.

14. If the Exhibitor fails to participate in the exhibition, including failing to decorate and staff the stand, the Organiser is entitled, at the Exhibitor’s expense, to provide appropriate decoration of the reserved stand space - such as furnishing or similar measures.

15. If the exhibition - due to force majeure or for other reasons that could not reasonably have been foreseen by the Organiser at the time of planning the event or prior to registration - is postponed, held at another time, moved, held wholly or partly in other premises, or cancelled, the Organiser can under no circumstances be held liable for this, including for any expenses, obligations, or losses incurred by the Exhibitor in this connection.

16. The Organiser is entitled to consider any situation in which the authorities either order or encourage the avoidance of large gatherings due to virus outbreaks, epidemics, or other extraordinary events as force majeure.

17. If the exhibition is postponed, held at another time, moved, held wholly or partly in other premises, or cancelled in accordance with sections 15 and 16, any stand rental already paid will be refunded. In such cases, the Exhibitor cannot make any further claims against the Organiser.

18. In the event of cancellation of the stand, a) the full stand rental and b) the registration fee will be charged.
In the event of cancellation, the Organiser reserves the right to re‑let the stand under all circumstances. The amounts mentioned under a) and b) fall due for payment regardless of whether the Organiser re‑lets the stand. Cancellation of the stand must be made in writing to the Organiser at info@daloindustrydays.dk

19. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the matter shall - if it cannot be resolved amicably - be brought before the courts of the Organiser’s jurisdiction and settled under Danish law.
