Project Manager with a Marine Engineer background and more than 13 years of experience from the maritime industry and the Royal Danish Navy. Solid experience in managing complex maritime projects with responsibility for financial performance, progress, quality and coordination between customers, shipyards, consultants and subcontractors. Strong expertise within technical insulation, marine outfitting and interior solutions, where structure, practical understanding and solution-oriented collaboration are key to ensuring successful project delivery.

Project- / Product Purchaser with solid experience in purchasing, sales and supplier coordination for the maritime industry. Plays a key role in securing materials, products and bespoke solutions for Norisol’s marine and interior projects, where quality, delivery performance and practical usability are essential. Contributes with commercial understanding, product knowledge and close coordination between suppliers, production and the project organisation.
