DANREC A/S was founded in 1992, initially focusing on plastic waste treatment. This production was discontinued in the early 2000s, after which we began a small-scale production of smooth plastic sheets made from 100% recycled plastic.
The introduction of ground protection mats in the mid-2010s marked a turning point for DANREC, driving significant growth. Today, we are among the leading manufacturers of ground protection mats in Europe.
Caring for the environment has always been at the heart of our business. That’s why we exclusively use recycled plastic in our production. Every day, we strive to minimize waste – and we have our own 16,000 m² solar park at our factory in Karup.
