Shell Body Production

We focus on high-volume production of shell bodies with a diameter from 20 to 84 mm. We deliver them fully tested, assembled, and surface-treated—ready to be handled in the next step of your assembly process.

Start of production is scheduled for Q3 2026. The set-up of the cells and the plant's infrastructure is very scalable. This gives us the opportunity to grow with our customers as their volumes increase.

Key features of the plant:
Cells with built-in measuring capabilities, making the production extremely stable.
Full traceability regarding materials, components, and products.
Automatic assembly with the ability to trace measurements, torque, and gluing processes.
Non-destructive testing (cracks in parts)
