arrow_backTo the overviewThe RECON HD is a compact, rugged handheld thermal
camera designed for long-range DRI performance at the
forefront of current technology, with exponentially enhanced
performance over previous models and integrated PRISM
AI. It delivers exceptional thermal sensitivity and clarity via
a High Definition (1280 × 720) sensor and a High Operating
Temperature (HOT) MWIR cryo-cooled focal plane array.
Designed to recognize targets at extended ranges, the
RECON HD supports multiple capability modules on a
lightweight base unit (under seven pounds) and operates
with a variety of battery sources. Developed over two years
in response to DoD customer feedback, it represents the
pinnacle of long-range thermal imaging technology.
