PEKKLA MeshNav combines distributed mesh communications with onboard optical and inertial navigation for UAV operations in GNSS-denied and electronically contested environments.
The system enables compatible UAVs, relay nodes and ground-control stations to exchange command data, telemetry and video across a multi-hop network. Optical navigation provides an alternative position and velocity estimate when satellite navigation is unavailable or unreliable.
MeshNav supports group control, airborne relay, non-GPS navigation, and analogue or encrypted digital video. Its modular architecture can be integrated with PEKKLA platforms or adapted to compatible customer systems.
