NSPA is customer funded contract integrator. Taking responsibility for market surveys, contract management, solicitation and bidding processes, the agency – in close cooperation with its customers – facilitates the whole bidding process from market survey to award, when a customer puts in an order. Thus, awarded companies make contracts with NSPA; not the acquirers. That way, contracts for 3, 5 or up to 7 years reside with NSPA, and can become optional for other potential customers, given there’s a room for it and the initial customer approves.
