In this 20-minute session, we will explore why resilience planning cannot be approached in isolation and what it takes to elevate risk management from a compliance exercise to a core leadership discipline. We will connect integrated risk management with the military’s own leadership principles and the concept of Mission Command: clear intent, decentralized decision-making authority, and a shared risk picture that enables rapid action without sacrificing alignment.
