Empact ApS

Empact is a Danish software company founded in 2006. We build software for organizations working with complex assets, strict documentation requirements, and demanding operational environments. Our solutions support the people who assemble, maintain, manage, and use critical assets by making work easier to structure, document, and follow across the asset lifecycle.

Today, Empact works across Denmark, Romania, the United States, and Norway, supporting customers and partners in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, and other asset-heavy industries.

Empact Asset Assembly helps teams manage complex assembly and manufacturing processes through guided digital workflows. It gives fitters clear instructions, connects tasks with the right components and documentation, and captures data as the work is performed. This creates better traceability, fewer manual workarounds, and more reliable lifecycle data.

Empact Connect enables secure data flow from assets to the systems that need it. It can collect data from vehicles, vessels, sensors, radars, production equipment, and other complex systems, then package and transport it in a controlled format. The data can be used in maintenance systems, ERP platforms, analytics tools, or other operational systems without exposing or compromising sensitive data.

Empact Asset Maintenance helps teams plan, execute, and improve maintenance without replacing the systems they already use. It turns asset data into practical tasks and better decisions, giving maintenance teams a clearer overview of what has been done, what needs attention, and how assets are performing over time.

Empact also has long-standing experience with Industrial Cooperation. We help international companies create practical, high-value activities that support their offset obligations and strengthen local industry. Over the years, Empact has helped solve more than 210 million USD in Industrial Cooperation credits through software, partnerships, and defence-related collaboration.

Empact has worked with leading organizations in defence, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing, including Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky. We also support customers and partners whose names cannot be disclosed due to the nature of their work, but who share the same need for secure, reliable, and practical software for critical operations.
