In recent years, alternative chemistries to Lead have gained ground. Especially LiFePO4, which is produced in the same physical form/dimensions and has identical terminals as lead in both 12V and 24V solutions.
LFP is used as a power source in several different markets such as energy storage, in robotic technology, etc.
LFP advantages include, among others, many cycles, good performance in a wide temperature range, low weight, good charge and discharge properties. All parameters that have a sustainable impact.
