CTO / Founder

Thomas Esbjerg is the founder of Wicadet and has many years of experience in technical sales, engineering, and the recruitment of highly qualified technical specialists. He works closely with companies to identify and provide the right technical expertise for complex projects within defence, energy, critical infrastructure, data centres, and industry. His focus is on building strong relationships and providing experienced engineers, project managers, and technical specialists – quickly, flexibly, and with a strong focus on quality.

Head of Projects & Sales

Thomas is a well-known face in the industry. He has been part of the industry since its early days and brings extensive experience from consulting and project delivery. Sales, project management, and leadership have been at the core of Thomas’s work for the past 15 years. At Maskinsikkerhed, Thomas will lead the sales strategy while also taking an active role in day-to-day sales activities.
