TechEx is a Ukrainian defense technology company and the first manufacturer in Ukraine to achieve NATO codification for fiber-optic-controlled drones. Founded by veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the company has designed and mass-produced FPV systems shaped directly by frontline combat needs since the defense of Kyiv in 2022.

Our product portfolio is built around the Stalker XO series of fiber-optic FPV drones — immune to jamming, interception, and direction-finding — alongside the Striker Mini/AI high-speed interceptor drone for counter-UAS defense, and in-house components including record-low-weight fiber spools and battery packs. More than 80 partner military units provide direct frontline feedback, and with over a dozen products already in our portfolio, we continue to expand our product range as we bring innovation for the benefit of Ukraine and its allies.
