Niebuhr Gears A/S is a leading privately owned Danish manufacturer of customer-specific gears. Throughout our 50+ year existence, we have combined long-term commitment with continuous investment in technology, people, and production capabilities. Today, we employ 180 people and operate a modern manufacturing facility in Denmark covering more than 14,000 m².
Our product range includes cylindrical gears, bevel gears, spiral bevel gears, and worm gear sets. We also manufacture internal teethed ring gears, spline connections, and complex multi-gear solutions tailored to customer requirements.
With complete in-house production capabilities covering all machining processes, supported by our own heat-treatment facility and a high degree of automation, we deliver scalable serial production, consistent quality, and reliable on-time performance.
We build long-term partnerships with customers across industries including wind energy, automotive, marine, construction, and defence, supporting demanding applications where precision, reliability, and durability are essential.
