Meet HybridGenerator at DALO Industry Days 2026.
HybridGenerator ApS develops and manufactures mobile hybrid generators that deliver off-grid power for operations where supply must be stable and fuel logistics kept to a minimum. The units are developed and built in Årslev near Odense, Denmark, and we have been supplying mobile power for professional operations since 2018.
The technology is true hybrid operation: the battery always delivers the power, and the diesel engine is used solely to recharge the battery as required instead of running continuously. The engine does not feed the connected equipment, so recharging takes place without affecting the power delivered — voltage and frequency remain the same whether the engine is running or at standstill. This gives up to 80 % lower diesel consumption than a conventional diesel generator, and one unit that covers a wide load range without idling. The units run on standard diesel or HVO without AdBlue, and all engines are Stage V certified.
The units are in service today on construction sites, as backup power, in the wind industry and at concerts and events.
At DALO Industry Days we have a unit on the stand, so you can see the design at first hand. The product range covers power requirements from 10 kW upwards — with up to 180 kW peak — and replaces diesel generators in the range up to 150 kVA. All units are remotely monitored via cloud with 24/7 diagnostics, and PowerAssist makes it possible to draw more power from a limited grid connection by automatically supplementing with battery power when demand exceeds the available supply.
For defence and emergency response operations, a number of characteristics address the requirements directly:
• Reduced fuel logistics. Lower consumption means fewer resupply runs and fewer convoys — less risk and lower cost.
• Low acoustic and thermal signature. At low load the engine is at standstill while the battery delivers the power.
• High uptime. The battery delivers power around the clock, and operation continues on the battery while the engine is being serviced.
• Rapidly deployable. Trailer-mounted, sealed unit with an operating temperature range from −40 to +40 °C.
• Field-ready design. Prepared for satellite uplink and wifi as well as security lighting and area surveillance with audio and video.
• Danish development and manufacturing. A short support route and security of supply within Denmark.
We supply on a sale, rental or re-rent basis, so equipment can be deployed without capital investment and with the option to purchase later. Service is covered by a service agreement, extended service intervals and cloud-based remote diagnostics, so a large share of fault finding is handled without a site visit.
