EMtrinsic — Passive Electromagnetic Device Intelligence

Every powered electronic device gives off a faint, unique electromagnetic "fingerprint" — from its power supply, clock, and internal circuits. EMtrinsic reads that fingerprint to identify and monitor devices, with no tags, no network access, and no cooperation needed from the device itself.

Our sensors only listen — they never transmit. That means nothing for an adversary to detect, jam, or trace. For defense and security, that's a real advantage: verifying what electronics are actually present in a sensitive site, spotting unauthorized hardware, and building trust in critical infrastructure — all without touching a device or its network.

The same technology works just as well in industry and repair: catching failing equipment early, or diagnosing a device without opening it up.

Our long-term goal: a platform that can identify any device, anywhere, in real time — making critical infrastructure harder to compromise, and easier to trust.
