Business Advisor

Morten is a Business Advisor at AFRY with extensive experience from the public sector, particularly within defence, security, and intelligence-related environments. His background spans operational service, organisational development, and strategic development of large public institutions with significant political importance. Throughout his career, the central focus of his work has been security, societal resilience, and the strengthening of critical infrastructure in a complex and evolving security landscape. He possesses a strong understanding of decision-making processes, governance dynamics, and cross-sector collaboration between authorities and operators of critical infrastructure.
